• Inquiry details. When you contact us about a listing, we collect the name, phone number, and any message you provide, along with the listing concerned.
• Account information. If you create an account to save listings, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and sign-in credentials. We store your email, name, and saved listings.
• Technical information. Standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, generated when you visit the site.

We do not collect payment details, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use the information you provide for one purpose: to respond to your interest in a property. Specifically, an inquiry you submit is routed to a licensed broker affiliated with Landing Realty Group, who may contact you at the phone number you supplied in order to answer questions, arrange a viewing, or assist with an application.

We also use account information to operate features you request (such as saved listings), and technical information to keep the site secure and functioning.

• Our brokers. Inquiry details are shared with the licensed broker assigned to the listing, so that they can respond to you.
• Service providers. We use third parties strictly to operate the site: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database hosting), DigitalOcean (application and file hosting), and Resend (transactional email). They process data only to provide these services to us.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Property listing data displayed on this site is provided by third-party sources, including YouGotListings and, where applicable, MLS data providers. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use — solely to identify properties they may have a good faith interest in renting or purchasing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@landingrealty.com. You can ask a broker to stop contacting you at any time, and you can delete your account to remove your saved listings.
